Grind your beans based on how you drink your coffee. A coarse grind for french press and cowboy coffee, a medium grind for regular, brewed coffee, and a finer grind for pressure brewed coffee, such as espresso machines.
Our Blends
Simple coffee, quality taste, made with care in small batches. Select your preferred roast level for each blend, but we will recommend our favorite roast level for each blend. Our coffee is sold by the pound (16 oz) and is whole bean, not ground.
Light roast for brighter, more acidic coffee. Medium roast for great flavor without peaks and valleys of flavors and after tastes. Dark roast for a rich flavor with lower caffeine.
